Visual visit to Malhadinha Nova winery in Alentejo
A short visual visit to the Herdade da Malhadinha Nova winery and vineyard in Alentejo. Some views of the vineyards and surrounding landscape. Some bottles with their cute labels: designed by the Soares children: a cow by Matilde, a caterpillar by Francisca. The youngest, the son, has also made a label but he was too young to draw so it is just a hand imprint. It is also a farm with lots of oak trees to give acorns for the pigs (and what superb dry-cured ham!). A young ambitious family wine estate owned by the Soares family, making some very interesting Portuguese wines: Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, Alentejo, Portugal.
