It's so true that times spent eating with family and friends become memories to be treasured. Preserving family recipes is so important as they are a large part of a family's history. It has been a while but if you've been to Toscanini's in Cambridge, you've perhaps had one of my flavors from
back in the day - I have been threatening to get back in there and get on the machine...it may just happen this summer!
You might want to contact member Mitch Wondolowski. While he doesn't have it on his profile, he has had a wonderful chowder cafe and was looking into manufacturing his soups.
