Just curious about pizza restaurants. I am so sick of the chains and their crappy product. It's been many years since I lived in Windsor,CT but I always thought that the Wilson Pizza Palace there was one of the best I ever ate.
Several sources tell m that they moved from their original location near the Bissel Bridge to the former Mc Donalds on Windsor Ave.
Comments I have read say that it is still the "best" Pizza in New England.
Would love to hear from all of you; your nominations for the best…

Hi everyone! I am just another eater who happened to pass by this site. I am also a food fanatic just like most of the people here, I think. My Mom is a good cook. This is why I was chubby back then. I only became slim when my parents separated and my Dad took me with him. My Dad can't cook. And so I learned to cook. Yap. All by myself. Yeah. I can cook but only simple dishes.
I am Carla. I am a college undergraduate currently looking for a job. I badly need a job. Give me one please.

A local and AWESOME catering company made Polenta Lasagna for me and my guest at my wedding in September. It was fabulous! I've tried re-creating it, but I'm having a little difficulty with the consistency. I keep thinking more cheese. would you par cook the polenta fist, then layer? It just seemed like the layers were so pronounced in the lasagna I had. If anyone has any ideas, please share! thanks! :)

Anothe Pepper Belly Temple
These guys have some incredibly spicy stuff; including a hot sauce containing the Ghost Pepper. This is reputedly the hottest pepper in the world. I'll pass on it , but others may be intrigued.

So I am sitting in my room and thinking about how crazy it is to be done with school in roughly 2.5 weeks. I can remember when I first started and how eager I was to finish. In realization, I want to leave, but I want to stay as well because I have not been able to just pick all the chefs brains, but of my friends as well. Everyone brings something to the table and you can learn from everyone and anyone. That is one thing that I have truly appreciated about this school.
I am now in the front of…
