- More about me later; just signing up today and I'm pressed for time. Story short: When it comes to food and me, I'd like to think we share and enjoy a nice, easy and relaxed relationship; we're comfortable in each others' company, you might say. Though no one else is aware of the fact, I specialize in cooking for one--one guy that is. This means that day to day, I like to eat well and healthy, but, considering that it could be, say, a typical low-key Tuesday, I don't want to spend hours whipping up a simple little dinner. Still, I appreciate foods with interesting flavor and some sass, so I'm constantly seeking that balance point of good, fresh food, interesting flavors yet minimal prep time. I'm getting better at achieving that goal all the time. And, I'm lookin' forward to exploring and learning more about this site.
