I love cooking and I love great food, but my cooking does not reliably result in good food. As the mother of an 18 month old, my current focus is on making delicious and somewhat quick family friendly (and gluten free) meals - which we always enjoy with a good bottle of wine.

Also empathyze with you about the gluten free eating thing. It's impossible. I have found that I really enjoy "Annie's" rice pasta, at Trader Joe's, believe they finally put one in Nevada City. The rice pasta isn't as disgusting as the other things I've tried which seem EXTREMELY starchy!
