What makes me a Foodie?: I cook, I'm an "eater!", I love dining, I like wine

About Me:: Currently a Senior Admin at a commercial real estate firm with the plan of ditching that life and becoming a student at a culinary school (pastry & baking arts) no later than 2010!!!!

My preferred school is the CIA @ Greystone and then the "back-up" school would be here in my own hometown of Houston, Le Notre.

I'm constantly coming up with ideas on things I want to create and can't wait to learn the science of baking so that I can get on with the creating part.

Baking has been a part of me since I was 12. I swore off "cake mixes" by the time I was 14 and from that point on all my baking has been from scratch. No one ever taught me to bake, I just picked it up and went with it.
