About Me:
Currently a Senior Admin at a commercial real estate firm with the plan of ditching that life and becoming a student at a culinary school (pastry & baking arts) no later than 2010!!!!

My preferred school is the CIA @ Greystone and then the "back-up" school would be here in my own hometown of Houston, Le Notre.

I'm constantly coming up with ideas on things I want to create and can't wait to learn the science of baking so that I can get on with the creating part.

Baking has been a part of me since I was 12. I swore off "cake mixes" by the time I was 14 and from that point on all my baking has been from scratch. No one ever taught me to bake, I just picked it up and went with it.

You may want to contact Todd who is currently at the Culinary Institute of America and techchris who is on the same path as you.
