Bacon,cauliflower,broccoli,cheese salad from Kunzler's Meat in Lancaster,PA

Kunzler's is a source for some of the best meats and bacon in the country. The recipes on their website are from the area.

1 lb. Kunzler Bacon, crisp fried and crumbled
1 large head of cauliflower
1 large bunch of broccoli
1 cup shredded sharp yellow cheese
1 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup cider vinegar, depending on your taste.
1 cup raisins
1 medium onion minced (optional)
1/2 cup broken cashews (optional)
Yields 6-8 servings
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl add mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Whisk until this mixture is well blended. Set side.

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into small florets, and combine in a large bowl With Kunzler Bacon and cheese, minced onion, raisins, broken cashews. Blend the mayonnaise dressing.
Cover and chill overnight before serving.
