Herb Remoulade Sauce for Steak
A recent recipe in the Detroit News. Made it and loved it. Try this for something really different Would have never thought of Mayo of any kind on a steak.
1 1/2 cups Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 pickle (not sweet-Best so far with Ba-Timpte 1/2 sour !)
Salt
Pepper
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoons pickle juice
Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve with your steaks. Serves 4.
