As a Personal Chef for folks with celiac or gluten-intolerant, I love to cook gluten-free, share my recipes and goodies with others. Comment by Agent Nancy on April 29, 2009 at 8:50pm: The Associated Press reported recently that Starbucks will start selling a gluten-free pastry in all its U.S. stores on May 5th. The pastry, called Valencia Orange Cake, will be sold in individually wrapped packages for $2.25 each. According to the AP article, the product will be made with seven ingredients, all 100 percent gluten-free.
